What we collect
The only personal data plan33 collects through this website is what you submit through the contact form at /contact/: your name, work email address, and optionally your company name, a message, and a budget range. We also record which of the "what do you need" options you selected, so your enquiry reaches the right person.
We also record a salted, one-way hash of the submitting IP address (never the raw IP), a country derived from that request, and basic anti-spam signals (timing, a hidden honeypot field) used solely to detect automated form submissions. None of this is used for advertising, profiling, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add contact-form submitters to a newsletter or a sales sequence, and we do not use the data for any purpose beyond answering the specific message you sent.
How it's stored
Submissions are written to our database and, per our internal lead-handling process, a copy of the message is also sent by email to our sales mailbox so a person can respond. Submissions our spam filters flag as automated are stored for audit purposes but are not emailed onward.
How long we keep it
Our retention period is still to be confirmed. We have not yet finalised how long submitted enquiries are retained, or the exact erasure process for old records. This section will be updated with a specific retention period and erasure process once that decision is made — we're stating that honestly here rather than publishing a number we haven't committed to operationally.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted by emailing [email protected]. We will action deletion requests manually until a self-service process exists.
